What Is It ?
Our Wilkii Focused Check-Ins is designed to support you in your goal setting and achievement while helping you overcome the challenges of ADHD. You will work with a real coach who will help you create a positive mindset, use your ADHD strengths, reduce your stress levels and help you get organized to pursue your weekly goals.
What's Inside?
A total of 2.5 hours of video or audio coaching with a credentialed coach.
4 weekly 25-minute check-ins to set goals and tackle immediate challenges.
One 60-minute session at the end of the month to reflect on achievements
and set goals for the next month.
Resources, strategies and tips for a more balanced life with ADHD throughout sessions.

What is a Focused Check-In?
A Focused Check-In is a partnership between you and your coach, who works with you weekly to identify a specific result you want to achieve and develop the mindset, behavior and actions to arrive at that result.
What should I expect from a Focused Check-In Session ?
Each session includes setting a goal for the week and an action item you would like to complete. Your coach will ask plenty of questions and support you in finding a solution that is tailored to your life with ADHD.
I've never worked 1:1 with someone and feel a bit nervous?
Wilkii Focused Check-Ins is a safe space for you to express yourself fully. There is no judgment or criticism in coaching. Your coach will guide you by asking you questions and listening to you carefully in order to help you find your own answers. Your coach is there to motivate, encourage and support you.
