[accordion action="new accordion" title="How does your return policy work?"]You are welcome to return your postmarked product within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. All we ask is that you cover the shipping costs. We also ask that the journal be returned in its original, re-sellable condition. After all, nobody can make use of a filled-in Wilkii journal! As soon as we receive the planner back, we’ll process your refund in full and notify you via email.

Wilkii Planner is not responsible for any import duties, custom or brokerage fees, or any other charges issued by your local government. You must cover these costs upon receipt of your package.
